Kickingbird teaching professional Trevor McKibbin, USPTA will be attending the Cardio Tennis Training Course coming to Nichols Hills, January 12, 2018. This 7-hour course teaches the fundamentals of Cardio Tennis and everything you need to know to make it a success at your facility.
"Cardio Tennis is something that we will be offering sometime in the near future at Kickingbird. It is important to me that our instructor is well trained so we offer the best product available to our tennis community," states Director of Tennis David Minihan, USPTA.
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
